Do you accept insurance?

Home Sweet Homecare, Inc, is a private pay provider of homecare services.  We do accept private long term care insurance policies and we can help file your claim.

How much do your serivces cost?

This is a good question.  We believe that cost is an important factor for our clients. 

We are family owned and have low overhead which helps keep our prices very competitive in the Springfield MO area. 

At Home Sweet Homecare Inc., we also believe in paying a fair wage to our caregivers.  This helps us have a very low turnover compared to the larger 'corporate' home care agencies in town.

Do you have a minimum visit length?

We have a four hour minimum per visit and can help as little as four hours once a week or up to twenty-four hours a day if necessary.

Are there any up-front fees or deposits?

No, there are no up-front fees or deposits.  We bill only for actual hours of services provided.

Does it cost more for overnight or weekend help?

No.  Unlike other providers in town our rates are fixed.  We can help anytime we are needed and do not charge more.

Do you provide medical services?

We are a non-medical home services provider.  Our focus is helping our clients stay in their own homes as long as possible.  The services we provide are focused on that goal.

Will I have the same caregiver every time?

YES!   We DO keep you with the same caregivers so that your house is not a revolving door for strangers.  We feel a personal relationship is important for our clients.  Keeping with the same caregivers allow our staff to learn our client's needs and be better advocates for them.

What communities do you serve?

We provide home care services for the greater Springfield, Missouri area including Springfield, Nixa, Ozark, Republic, Willard, Strafford, and Rogersville.
